* Track & Follow up with all Prospects & Clients in Database
* Conduct In-Home Assessments

* Recommend Best Services to the Prospect
* Inform All Persons Involved in Client’s Care of New Developments

* Manage Start of Care & Ongoing Care for Clients

* Conduct Regular Client Visits

* Confirms Client on Caregiver Rates, Hours, Schedules & Services

* Participate in Special Projects and Campaigns
